Qingdao ADR Axles Co., LTD. belongs to the ADR Group, a leading European manufacturer of axles and suspensions for agricultural machines and trailers. The group was founded in 1954 and the head office is in Italy. In 1954 Giovanni and Antonia Radrizzani started the jobbing workshop in Uboldo. They were supported by their sons,
Giancarlo and Flavio, and they soon specialised in the production of wheels and axles.
During the 70s the artisan company became an industrial activity and modified the company title to ADR Spa. The following
thirty years were characterized by a growth on the international market with the acquisition and creation of new premises
in locations around the world.
Comprehensively, the current ADR Group is based in twelve facilities located in Italy, France, England, Poland, China, Brazil,
Canada, South Africa, Australia and India. Which together occupy a covered surface area of 180,000 square meters and
employ approximately 1040 people. Who sell the group's products in all over the world with a consolidated average growth
rate of 10 percent annually.

in Uboldo.

COLAERT ESSIEUX.
A member of the Group since 1990.
The company is located in the north of France and is well
known as a leader in the French market.

ADR UK - TYREMART.
This English company is situated in
the center of Great Britain, and was born as a reseller of
COLAERT products and correlated components on the
Anglo-Saxon market.

ADR GEPLASMETAL.
ADR Geplasmetal have been on the market for more than
50 years and was recently purchased by the ADR Group.
The knowledge of the Iberian market and modern production
facilities of the group, enables the company to
offer a wide range of products for agricultural and industrial
trailers.

ADR POLSKA.
This company was founded in 1996 after
the acquisition of a branch of an important Polish public
company that manufacture trailers located in the south
of Poland.

ADR OMEGA DRIVES.
A young and dynamic company
based on knowledge and experience. Located in middle
of Canada in a strategic position to distribute hubs,
spindles, axles, suspensions and spares all through north
America.

ADR USA.
ADR USA, a young and dynamic company located
in North Carolina, was born as a reseller of ADR
Group products: axles, suspensions, hubs, spindles and
related components in the USA.

ADR BRASIL.
A Joint Venture created in Brazil in the San
Paolo area by ADR over the course of 2002 with local
partners, now 100% owned by ADR, this company focuses
on developing and selling ADR products.

ADR CHINA.
Born in 2006 as an investment on the Chinese
market with two target: export for group associates
and development of the internal Chinese market.

ADR INDIA.
ADR Axles India is the last born of ADR
Group and it is an important branch companies, located
in Pune (India). The company focuses on selling & distribute:
axles, suspensions, wheels for agricultural machines
and equipment to all through India Market.

ADR AUSTRALIA.
ADR Australia is a young branch company
of ADR group. It strategic to distribute axles, stub
axles, steering axles, suspensions, wheels and spares all
through of Australia market and Oceania.

SAE SMB.
This is the most recent acquisition by the ADR
Group. The company specializes in the production industrial
axles and special applications. It serves both the
French and the worldwide market.

CLM.
An ADR spin-off, this company manufactures and
markets tyre rims, the very first products developed by
the Group.
